The hotel's cleanliness and location were excellent. The lake view from the room was magnificent. The rooftop restaurant and food were very satisfying. The staff was warm and helpful, and the property was well-maintained and decorated.

Great location, walking distance from famous landmarks and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with all the necessary information for my business trip. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom.

There was a bit of traffic noise outside the room, but it didn't bother me much since I was tired after a long day of work. , the breakfast selection could have been better, but it was still decent enough to start the day.

Stayed over Christmas and had a lovely time. The staff was friendly and welcoming which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The location was perfect, being only a short walk away from all the tourist hotspots. The view from the room was breathtaking and the rooftop restaurant was a definite highlight. The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner.

Although the room was clean, it was extremely small and lacked storage space. The air conditioning was noisy and it was difficult to regulate the temperature.
